November 20th, 2009

This week started off with a bang.  My Twitter account ‘TheySayUTweet’ by Chirr.me reached 1000 followers!  I reached my target for the first 30 days.

Small accomplishments like this leads to great things.  Some words of wisdom from two extremely inspiring people, Jay and Sterling from Internet Business Mastery.  These are guys provide a great source of inspiration and guidance to starting and being successful at an internet business through their podcast (here):

I have been listening to these guys for about a year and am very grateful for sharing their trials and tribulations very candidly all for free.  They also provide a membership website that has incredible content from the sounds of it.  For more information on their membership site please visit here:

I just listened to Episode 80: An interview with Multi-Million Dollar Product Launch Master, Jeff Walker.  All of these guys just ooze positive energy.  It’s a great listen and the tips Jeff provides are fantastic.

Back to the basics…

November 17th, 2009

What a week. It marks the first week of the new website and blog. It’s been a thrilling the past few weeks brainstorming and designing again. Going back to the basics: Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and blogging.

First, let me chat about what happened earlier this week. I kicked off the website and blog for chirr.me on Wednesday November 11, 2009. After taking a look at my brainstorming notes and ideas, it became clear to me that 3 particular subjects best peak my interests. One is sports, being online and reconnecting with friends (social media), and technology.

After doing some research on the Mac Dictionary, online wiki, and google, I started to look for synonyms for a particular set of words: chatter, noise, talk, news, sounds, etc. I found chirr. I thought to myself, that looks and sounds like something I can work with. And Bam there I was registering the chirr.me domain on godaddy.com.

The chirr.me website is my outlet for my online social applications for the iPhone and desktop. It’s going to be great fun!

During the weekend, I meet up with my family and shared with them the new venture. I found comfort in spreading the news with them. I told them that I I have re-vitalized my old computer consulting company, Cyber.Creations.Corp. They we supportive as ever. My mom said, this company brought good luck to me in college and it will continue if I let it.

We certainly hope so. Next week, I hope to share more info on the Adobe AIR app and iPhone apps I’ve been creating. I’ll keep you in-the-loop.
